A few Tidbits about Meditations with Carol
All of Carol’s meditations are based on her, highly developed Intuition & Spiritual Guidance. She has been connected to her Spiritual Team, and enhancing her abilities for over 25 years. She receives this guidance from her multidimensional team.

Balancing the energy between Triple Warmer and Spleen meridian is a key factor in reducing stress and anxiety, promoting relaxation and calm assurance, and improving physical and emotional health.
1/13/21 2021 Not all Rainbows and Butterflies... Yet! Many were hoping that 2021 would be be a time of resolution and peace. Transformation is the hallmark of this year. Progress is inevitable. There are still aspects of your life that are demanding to be liberated from within and 2021 will be a dramatic year. Throughout the year, we will see advances in social change as well as a fervent fight from others to cling to the past. Some months that will be more turbulent than others. We will also have times of humor, love, and joy. What will you shift in your life this year???
2/10/21 Upgrading your Gratitude Practice Gratitude is a vibration that we don’t fully understand. Many people are very superficial with how they view gratitude. When we embody and practice gratitude at a deeper level, it can have a profound affect. It is not just a thought about what you are grateful for, it can be much deeper when you actually drop into the vibration of gratitude, and experience that vibe in your cells and in our life. Your guidance and your inspired action will be clear, You won’t be questioning everything or trying to figure it all out. You will just be a new vibration, of deep gratitude, with a new flow of ease, that feels really good. You will be uplifting everyone around you because you will be vibrating a higher vibe, that everyone around you will be benefiting from.

12/9/20 We are in the middle of December’s eclipse portal which can bring a lot of buried emotions to the surface. You might have trouble sleeping. Or perhaps you'll feel exhausted and don’t know why. You are processing on a deep level. We are in a time of integration and synthesis. If you don't take time to yourself you might find yourself irritable or defensive. Make sure you're taking the space you need to process your feelings. So much change is on the horizon and you want your whole being to be on board to experience the new the beginning of the Age of Aquarius that starts on the Winter Solstice on 12/21/20.
1/27/21 Tap into your Energies of Joy! Perhaps last year was very difficult for you on many levels and it has been hard for you to even consider letting in more joy. Let’s not forget that the quantum field around us is amped up to bring together like with. So even if your busy mind is telling you there is nothing to be joyful about, you can start to shift your energy field toward allowing in more joy while calming your mind. As you increase your happiness and joy factor you will automatically magnetize more of this energy toward you from the quantum field around you. It is a great place to start creating new potentials for you and those around you.
